Lock A799 Transitional™ is a acrylic adhesive that installs like a pressure-sensitive adhesive but transitions to a firm set after 72 hours. Made for installing vinyl flooring in commercial and residential applications. Lock A799 Transitional™ is resistant to high moisture vapor and alkaline conditions. Lock A799 Transitional™ may be used on concrete with elevated moisture up to 99% RH and 12.0 pH (95% RH for PVC carpet tile, 90% RH for sheet vinyl).
