At Lumber Liquidators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If you have leftover product or have changed your mind, you can return unopened, resalable items within 90 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase.

  Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to ensure a smooth processing of your refund or exchange.

  Bring your items to any local Lumber Liquidators showroom for an immediate exchange or contact our customer care team to arrange a freight pickup for larger orders.

  Receive Refund

  Once the product is inspected and verified as resalable, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
